PBS is a centre under Student Affairs department responsible for :

1. Preserving, cultivating arts and culture of Malaysian in Universiti Utara Malaysia community.
2. Expanding arts and culture in the Universiti Utara Malaysia community.
3. Promoting cultural arts products through various mediums.
4. Providing cultural arts infrastructure for the benefit of cultural arts players and activists in the campus.
5. Implementing research on new cultural arts products. 

All facility in PBS are available on website and any booking procedure are through online booking and can directly call Mr. Mohd Baharizan Zainol at 04-928 4208.  

PBS provided services such as:

• Conducting musical and Dancing Classes:
• Managing cultural performances;
• Performance Invitation;
• Advising and consulting services for students’ clubs

The Arts and Culture Centre disburses its funds through specialised funding project or under institutions and club.

Cultural and Arts program provide benefits in enhancing the immediate experience, individual growth, social connection, or skill building through involvement in focused learning and shared values.

Through PBS strong industry collaboration partners, the program was plan not only university base that focus on the student development but also comply with the industry need as a benchmark.

To create wider talent pools who become extraordinarily competitive in the market, despite of the what they learned in class.
